Click the grab handle, click the lock lever. What else is there to it? I'm looking at section 3.14 in the flight manual, and following the check lists (I think). It's because the back seat canopy is open/unlocked. Switch to the back seat ("2" key) and press left ctrl-c a couple of times until the canopy is locked and sealed and the light goes out.
