cichlidfan
Stumbled into this on Amazon this evening. I have not read it yet, obviously, but the reviews looks good and the kindle version (you can read it on almost anything with the free app) is only $0.99. You can't go too far wrong for that price. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014TUIW7O?psc=1 ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Some interviews with the author can be found on YouTube, as well as as a reddit AMA thread (I think?).

Reflected
I bought the audiobook version on audible. I listened to it 3 times already. Incredibly well written, I can only recommend it. A lot of details about flying techniques, balanced with a lot of the "human side". Mark Garrison is not only a great pilot but a talented storyteller too. Phantom453
I bought this about a month ago for my kindle and also the audio book version (first audio book I have bought). I just listened to it over the past few days while driving to/ from Adelaide to Avalon for the Australian International Air Show 2017 ((I listened when my partner was driving). A most enjoyable read/ listen. Recommended to others here.

Mtnbiker1998
Just finished reading, excellent book! Compliments Chickenhawk very well showing a comparison between Gunship and Slick pilots. Also got me into playing around with our Gunship version of the huey we have in sim. That didn't go very well. I'll stick with the Tight LZ's and not being able to shoot back! Come fly with me, lets fly, lets fly away! -Sinatra [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My Specs: Lenovo Y50 with GTX 860m (2GB), i7 4700HQ 2.4GHz, 8GB Ram. Now the housework has backed up a bit and the dog hair is collecting in drifts..... That is why I have a Roomba. ;) That and the fact that my younger dog does not attack it like he does the upright vacuum. Finished the book and it was excellent, though I will admit that the author could have used the services of a decent editor. Reading a really good one now, Marine!: The Life of Chesty Puller Outstanding read!!!
