Late activation question

Currently I have a couple mission in which units are set to activate later so I can activate them via trigger. They are used in response to an attack on a airfield. They are not seen until they are activated.

 

I was wondering with CA will we be able to activate these types of units or can we only work with units that are currently activated?

No, the units follow the same rules as before. It all depends on when a group is activated by triggers, ground commanders have no direct control over it.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.

There is the possibility of Direct control of certain triggers but it requires the Mission Designer to implement it.

So as long as the mission designer though ahead of time to include the provisions, it will be possible. Cool.
