I delete fxo, metashaders2 and change the F-14 theme in DCS to another one (SU-25 for example); I can quit now without problem. It seems that activating the Tomcat theme could be the cause, because I had deleted the fxo and metashaders just after the last openbeta update. FragBum Posted March 20, 2019 Share Posted March 20, 2019 Same here mostly happens exiting from MP use, quit the MP session goes back to the hanger no menu and I have to use taskmanger to kill the DCS process. Also the switching between MP chat seems dodgy. I'm currently on the DCS 2.5.4.27430 stable version. For those that can't task switch you need to have another app running in background I usually have chrome running so I can task switch to that then run task manager and end DCS task. Control is an illusion which usually shatters at the least expected moment. Gazelle Mini-gun version is endorphins with rotors. See above. Currently rolling with a Asus Z390 Prime, 9600K, 32GB RAM, SSD, 2080Ti and Windows 10Pro, Rift CV1. bu0836x and Scratch Built Pedals, Collective and Cyclic. Previously it started loading into the game almost immediately. I have found that when DCS freezes on exit, if I switch to my Head tracking app (FaceTrackNoIR tracking IR leds on my case) and Stop the tracking, DCS closes immediately….
