do_ob Posted December 17, 2017 Share Posted December 17, 2017 The way the trimmer is modeled in the 27 and 33 is way way off from the real thing. It is especially noticeable on a FFB stick. And even with a regular gimbal some things just stand out as wrong. So. . . a FFB stick can't trimm as far as a regular gimbal? Why? Every other aircraft in DCS behaves fairly good and realistic when it comes to trimming. But the Su-27 and 33? Hell no. Here is a comparison. The FFB trimm can't even reach 3° While a regular gimbal exceeds 7° Also if you look closely how the stick is missaligned with the trimmer on the FFB, and how the stick is moved beyond the trimmer range on the regular gimbal.
