Mig29 tailstrike

Esac_mirmidon, I think he means the insta explosion which can happen... but it's the result of using old FM as it does not have proper ground modelling.

This should go away once Mig29 is upgraded to at least the rest of FC3 planes...

The old FC model is something different to talk about

That's not quite a tailstrike, though, Esac =D

Fix with the new PFM, I'm sure. It doesn't have any kind of adv ground handling like the others do. It's on/off, live or splodey. It's the only aircraft that does this.

Yeah, I meant with gear down, V1, Vr, pitchup 12deg (11 is ok iirc), then kaboom, plane is runway scrap.

Its very difficult to takeoff without AB.

Naah, -1 to damage model coders. Any fixes in sight?

-1 ? lol this module and fm hasn't been touched in ages.... I don't know what do you expect. When it gets an updated FM, then we can talk

Saw Blue Angel #6 "Beaver Tail" the runway at El Centro a few years back.

Needless to say, after be brought it back in (flew around for about 15 minutes before landing), he drew a crowd of maintainers and civilian reps at their hangar complex.
