Harlikwin
So... I would like to use my cougar throttle with my warthog stick... DCS recognizes both, but only takes input from the cougar for stick commands. Any thoughts? New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1) Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really). Habu_69
How do you plug the Cougar throttle into the PC? USB adapter?
Harlikwin
Cougar is visible in dcs and it works. However when i tried it the warthog stick stopped working entirely. And I had to unplug cougar and reboot to get it back. The cougar throttle is plugged into the cougar stick which is then usb plugged into the pc. Harlikwin
update. Tried it again with the cougar on a totally different USB port. Works now, just gotta unmap all the weird defaults DCS adds to the cougar (2 xy axes are bad)… New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. Sierra99
Make sure your MB drivers are up to date...May be affecting USB functionality. Nightstorm
http://www.realsimulator.com/html/tusba.html Realsimulator sells and adapter specifically for the Cougar throttle to convert it to an independent USB device. I've used mine both ways and currently have both my Cougar/Throttle connected along with my WH setup. It's an option if you don't want to have the cougar stick connected.
