Thanks Scotch, also I apologise I had to pull the Black Panther "clean Air Show" skin because I didnt fix the 120 fuel tank right, so I have done a quick replace and fix on it. Sorry to have to make you download it again. And if anyone see's any glaring errors or problems please let me know.

Hhmmm, I tried them there and they still didn't show up. Did you extract as is or only put the last skin folder into there (ie there is a second folder level) ? I'll try again.

Ok, I extracted (7zip) the lowest folder level into the CoreMods, made a quick mission with Aus f-86, so the skin now shows up in the paint scheme list. When I select it, it still just shows the default skin in the model viewer.... I just know it is going to be something simple lol....

You should use a "Mod manager" like OVGME or JSGME it saves you problems, also read this by UBoats on how to install correctly your mods and skins etc.

Hey Strut, no worries mate. In my 2 posts above, I've tried a bit of troubleshooting. So I could get the skins to show in the dropdown list, but when I selected one, it did not load in the model viewer (bottom right ME). Just always shows the default livery. The same for the F2 outside view when sitting on the apron. I have installed them in the directory you posted.

Ok mate, can you be specific as to what skins you are having problems with, Il check to make sure they are named properly.

The 4 you uploaded the other day. So the black aces, marksmen, red ace, and can't remember the other one (at work on my phone). I just tried the latest version Black Aces skin only last night, still had the same result as above.

 

Thanks for having a look mate, it could be something simple I've missed on my end.

Edit: just got on the user files, the 4 skins are 2OCU Marksman, Black Panther, Black Diamond and Red Diamond.

No probs, Ive just checked the names in the lua of each, All are correct except the Black Panther Generic skin, I have renamed it and am uploading to user files shortly. Apologies for this.

You have to select Australia as your county so you can fly planes with Au skins.

Hey mate, the link you have given for the download doesnt work. It just says files not found. Is this mod still available? 

I can't find them either, none of the links are working nor searching for anything by Strut.
