Current location of Ground Power and ESC panels

AV8B is my favorite aircraft and I began read "NATOPs AV-8B with BuNo 161573 and up" to improve my knowledge

Two panels: Ground Power Panel and ECS is confused me.

1.Current location of ground panel is located on the right aft bulkhead. But from NATOPs we see

On AV-8B 161573 through 164547, the ground power panel located on the cockpit seat rail has six ground

power switches.

On AV-8B 164549 and up, the ground power panel located on the interior lights controller on the right aft bulkhead

has six ground power switches.

AV-8B 164549 and up is radar version of AV8B, so location of panel is on other side of the cockpit

2.ECS panel has some issue, currently it's radar version of AV8B.

Night Attack version has 3 switches and controller, but currently we have 4 switches and controller (Radar version)

I has attached some 'screens' from NATOPS and real images.

It's look like mistake and I hope it will be fixed in future , or we will have two versions of AV8B (NA and Radar) with bit diffrent cockpits.

Update: I has added links to hires images where can see ground panel, here
