Scroll down, beneath the "Submit Reply" and "Preview Post" buttons you see a section "Additional Options". Click "Manage Attachments". A new, small window pops up. Click "Browse" and select a graphics file from your local computer. Click "Upload". The graphics file will then be shown as small preview pictures when you submit your posting. Do you guys have any recommendations for external websites? Imgur.com is free and works well with this the ED forums, plus it's very easy to use. They will generate [ IMG ] links for you that you can easily copy. This is the URL I'm trying to use in the "insert image" box but nothing comes up.
