Rudel_chw Posted September 28, 2019 Share Posted September 28, 2019 Hello, On most of my missions I use the newer Stennis, but today I was trying to edit a mission with two carriers and as the Stennis doesnt have more liveries, I tried to use the older Vinson. However, any static plane that I place on the elevators fall trough to the sea surface .. of course, as a workaround I didnt place any static on the elevators ... the problem is that the carrier then loks odd: Does anyone knows a way to place static planes on the elevators of the Vinson .. I searched the Forum but came up empty. Also, there used to exist a FC2 Mod called "USS Carl Vinson "Dirty Decks" textures by iVIPER21" .. by any chance, has anyone converted it for DCS? The only reason it hasn't been removed from the game is, to not break old missions that make use of it. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
