Bronco
In most of the airplanes the airbrakes are gradual ... not a full or off button, ... why in DCS can not assign a slider to the airbrakes? ... :joystick: DCS WORLD [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Svsmokey
Prolly could , though axis jitter may cause problems . The aircraft i fly with speed brakes (f-18 certainly and i think L-39) do not pop them to full on button depression though . It takes a press-and-hold to get full deflection (about 3 seconds in the Hornet's case) giving an analog effect . I don't know if this applies to all DCS aircraft . Retraction , on the other hand , requires only a press . 9700k @ stock , Aorus Pro Z390 wifi , 32gb 3200 mhz CL16 , 1tb EVO 970 , MSI RX 6800XT Gaming X TRIO , Seasonic Prime 850w Gold , Coolermaster H500m , Noctua NH-D15S , CH Pro throttle and T50CM2/WarBrD base on Foxxmounts , CH pedals , Reverb G2v2
JUICE-AWG
In the hornet you can press to actuate and stop part way through full-up position, but once you push retract, it goes all the way down. I've managed to work around it to suit my needs for now, but Bronco's point might be a good thing to consider.
