Controls for Cockpit and Exterior Lighting...

Hi RAZBAM,

Like your module.

I was wondering if there are plans to add assignable axis or joystick buttons to the interior and exterior lighting levels. They are adjustable at this stage only with the mouse.

Unless I've completely missed something. I'm playing with the release version of DVS not the Beta.

Also any chance of the same for the bingo knob?

Real handy to map these rotating knobs to the rotary encoders on my DSD boxes.

Keyboard mapping for all rotaries and encoders is on Razbam’s bug tracker as a low priority.

The Rad Alt, Altimeter Pressure, SAI cage and HUD Trim would also be nice additions to the list of key binds.

Don't want to be a troll, but why put a switch/button function to everything that is adjusted with hand and a separate knob/button in the cockpit in real life anyway? With Oculus on, I just place my mouse in a front of me on the table between the joy and throttle, and I just use it by feel...

Of course if one has a full sim corner without a table, that's a different story...

Because some have switch panels and such and have request for those functions. You never know some one else's set up or desire.

As Shadow_1stVFW said, it could be a setup or a desire. In my case, it's a disability. I also use Oculus, but some switches and knobs are way down low and to the back. Due to a helo crash I'm left with a limitation on how far I can articulate my neck to be able to put the cursor on a switch or knob. I really need to have a keyboard command to be able to map it to controller.
