Default !!NEWS !! ** PROJECT ON ICE **

Dear Simmers and Lovers of the BO-105,

As many of you already followed my project since 2012 with a lot of up and downs, I came to the conclution to set the DCS: BO-105 Project on ice to an undefined time.
What is the reason.
Reason is that I have many other projects which I'm working on and I don't wanna set up my mind on a project which don't find any interest.
It's nerve-racking waiting/acting 24 hours a day for a solution. I really want to finish this project with my heart but it's not easy to find someone to code with that punch of knowledge.
I hoped for a long time, so as you, that this project will see the light one day.

I'll continue the BO behind closed doors (quality-like)- maybe someone is interessted finishing this Project.

Thanks everyone for following my way, helping and supporting me ...

I promise you - if some door opens you'll get a response.

again, thanks to everyone

Olli aka (The_Fragger)

That's sad news, although I can understand the reasoning behind it. What happened to that partnership you announced a few months ago?

Additionally - I already "have" a 3rd party which will finish the BO. It's just a matter of time when she will be number 1 in the tube.
Anyways, thanks for all your effort and I hope one time the BO will become a virtual reality! Best wishes for your future work!

Hope ED will get an eye on it since they absorb Belsimtek wich was best chopper coder 3rd dev studio... But nothing close surely since they allready work on Ka50 and Mi24P... :'(wich i love and can't wait btw). If they could have a look after those 2 flying beast.... Bo 105 should be pretty fast compare to Mi24... And 3D model is allready done/almost done... So 'only' need a codder.

Lets wait'n sea

Wish you the best and i will keep an eye on the project... Hoping it to come one day Bo 105 is a lovely looking bird. I will wait for it on war thunder ^^'

Very sad. And here is the next one giving up after VEAO.
I hope that won't occur with the other 3rd party devs.

We were all eagerly waiting for the BO105. This could have been a fantastic recon element for DCS. Very sad and another nail in the coffin of the DCS choppers world which openly favor the production of a plethora of similar, easier to fly but more profitable fixed wings fighters.

What a waste. This is so disappointing. I was really looking forward to this helicopter and all it's variants. There is barely any other helicopters in existence that can pull off the maneuvers this can.
