Disabled 3rd Playable coalition (neutral)

Anyone else noticed this in the MissionEditor.Lua

If you remove the two -- you can have a 3rd coalition in game !

It's worked for a while.

We are still panicking about scripting here as it's going to possibly have an impact.

There's the cargo too which I've done nothing with.

Good to see they got top down live now though and isn't crashing like it used to before.
