[CAN NOT REPRODUCE]unexplained CTD only with the viper

Recommended Posts

There is no rhyme or reason with it. Every time I take the viper up my DCS will lockup and crash after a short black screen. The viper is the only aircraft that I have issues with. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to figure this out. Thanks. Log files and dxdiag attached.

looks like graphics issue. in your dcs log it shows "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED"

have a look at this

why it is only happening to viper is a mystery.

Computer not entirely stable ?

In the F16 framerate is quite a bit lower, computer is struggling more and if not actually stable (overclock ?) it might cause crashes ?

Run some prime95 and some 3dmark

No overclock. Brand new ASUS MoBo and chipset, all updated. 32gb of RAM and it’s on a 970 evo plus m.2
