ESzczesniak Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 I finally made it through BFT and AAT. AAT didn’t stress the transit corridors or prohibited areas the way it seems TTQ will. Could anyone point me to or recommend a map of the AO? I’ve reviewed the ones in the briefing, but they don’t have enough detail to know all the prohibited areas (not all are labeled on the map). Emuyen Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 Congratulations to the BFT and AFT Grade! The prohibted areas are the cities. Just don't shoot when you have city lights under your aircraft. If you respect the ingress points (IP) you'll always have an attack corridor without any cities in it. For gun strafes and unguided bomb attacks JTAC will give you attack headings too, which mostly will deconflict with friendly units and urban areas. Just do what you're told to :-D If you rifle or gun over a city mighty instructor Saber will order you to abort the mission and exit the MOA.
