KA-50 Stream Deck integration [Win7 and Linux compatible]

Hi Guys,

I just got a Stream Deck (the 15 button variant) and was bummed out that the software is not Windows 10 compatible. Found neat reverse engineered Node.js package to talk to the device directly. The existing KA-50 stream deck integration application (done by the same person who did reverse engineer the stream deck protocol) was not really maintained and did not work for me at all. So I made my own, it has 30+ pages and 300+ buttons so it can reach a LOT of buttons in the cockpit. And is made in a generic way so other aircraft modules can be implemented as well, the KA-50 is just the first one.

Sorry for typos/rushed description as I'm in hurry to get ye guys the release before the holidays are over, the project is here:

Hope ye will like it :pilotfly:

Looks great! I've been waiting for something like this, where I can use the streamdeck with the KA50 :D I saw the other project but couldn't use that yet.

I'm installing your version atm but am a complete noob without a simple installer :)

I'm stuck on "Then run these: npm install...."

Where do I run this? :) And do I have to do anything with the files you posted in github?

You lucky bastard! :D I was thinking about it, but it is so expensive:cry:!

No windows 10 support  it sound like a joke with that price for device.

Anyway I just bought used Logitech G13 and start developing in python fetching PVI-800 information via DCS-BIOS and display them on LCD.

I just wonder why you can not use https://developer.elgato.com/documentation/stream-deck/sdk/overview/ (it support java scrip - anyway I'm not a fan of JS) to develop plugin to use DCS-BIOS

And what you rally mean by 'not support windows10` which software https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/downloads

???

I'm just thinkin of buy used one... but I want make a research first
