Default manual bombing possible? not ccip or ccrp

as above, is it possible to manually position the piper in the hud after working it out yourself? i think its called RTCL but im not sure

Your RIO is going to need to put you in Manual release mode. You adjust the pipper using the Elevation Lead knob at the bottom of your right vertical panel.

There’s a little counter next to the knob. It tells you what it’s set to.

I RIO all the time. Hes right. in the RIO seat, theres a manual bomb mode function. and then you can set a backup sight.
Alternately, the RIO can put it on manual and the pilot can just literally eyeball it too, or figure out a point of reference on the windscreen to use.

thanks for that, theres an f18 wing in our group doing a challenge and i fancy a crack at it in the cat just for the giggles.
best score so far is 14m 17m 31m 33m average score of 24m from target
