Really strange stuff going on with "pure client" errors and player rejection for "tainting" ... whatever in the world that is. I don't need no stinkin' GPS! Some mods like ground textures etc. will not be allowed by integrity check (if server enables it). Backy 51 Posted February 5, 2018 Author Share Posted February 5, 2018 I’ve exclusively held my mods and skins in the Saved Games folder structure, but with 2.5 OB I’m experiencing strange MP server host and client errors even with integrity check turned off. MODS: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=201481 PURE CLIENT etc: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=200774 Additionally some MODSs normally residing in SAVED GAMES change files that the DCS originals are NOW within the Bazar folder structure and this will fail the IC... i.e. FARP base and PAD textures... I will try this tonight: "There are 3 variables in the serverSettings.lua file C:\Users\<username>\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config) that dictate whether the integrity check will be enabled or not on your server. These are: "require_pure_textures" "require_pure_models" "require_pure_clients" If any of these 3 are set to false, the integrity check will be enabled. All 3 must be set to false to disable the check. For some reason, unchecking the Integrity Check button in the Server Settings page would only set the "require_pure_clients" variable to false -- it leaves the other 2 set to true. I had to manually edit the file in Notepad++ and set them to false. Once that was done, it disabled the integrity check "shield" from our server in the server list and we were able to run our mods again."
