Mission (2 hours duration):

1- 20 Red players vs 20 Blue Players.

2- Red operates from Kobuleti airbase. Blue operates from Kutaisi airbase - ca. 60 km (37 miles) separation.

3- Senaki is neutral and can be captured/recaptured multiple times (read below for more information).

4- Each airbase is defended by 6 Shilkas/Vulcans and 6 Strelas/Chaparrals - Senaki is neutral and has no defences.

5- 12 available slots for KA-50's and 8 for Mi-8's at Kobuleti.

6- 6 available slots for SA342M's, 4 for SA342Mistrals, 4 for SA342L's and 8 for UH-1's at Kutaisi.

7- The bullseye for both coalitions is waypoint 1 for all helicopters and marks the first target area, at which a dynamic tank battle between Red T-72's and BMP-2's, and Blue Abrams tanks and Bradley's is taking place.

8- All tanks south of the Rioni river (see image below) are Red, and marked by red smoke.

9- All tanks north of the Rioni river (see image below) are Blue, and marked by blue smoke.

10- Waypoint 2 for all helicopters is the Artillery Site 1, at which artillery units and unarmed trucks are found (no defending units).

11- Waypoint 3 for all helicopters is the Artillery Site 2, at which artillery units, unarmed trucks and tents are found (no defending units).

12- Red artillery is marked by red smoke, and Blue artillery is marked by blue smoke.

14- GCI is available.

15- SRS is mandatory.

How To Capture/Recapture Senaki:

1- To capture Senaki, Mi-8's/UH-1's need to pick up whatever type of troops at their airbases (using CTLD, F-10 radio option), and deploy them within 1000 m from Senaki's airbase. Seconds later a message will pop up on your screen to confirm the capturing of Senaki.

2- To "recapture" Senaki or take it away from the enemy, you will need to destroy the enemy's troopers on Senaki's ground first, then deploy yours and wait a couple of seconds for confirmation via message.

3- The more troops you deploy at Senaki's airbase, the higher the chance of your coalition holding it during the whole mission. Only the troops you deploy are the defending units.

Notes:

1- Each player has unlimited lives. However, each loss costs your coalition 15 points.

2- Each air-to-air kill regardless of the helicopter's type will be rewarded with 35 points.

3- Each air-to-ground kill regardless of the unit's type (infantry included) is rewarded with 15 points.

4- The coalition holding Senaki at the end receives 200 points.

5- When the event is over, I'll watch the tacview and make sure for myself all kills were counted, before I announce the winner.

6- Each player can sign up himself only. Example: Alpenwolf - Ka-50.

7- If you are a Gazelle pilot, then you can sign up a co-pilot. The co-pilot will have to fly with you the whole time. Remember, a total of 20 players per coalition. If you and your co-pilot are caught in separate modules, then both of you will be kicked out.

8- For signing up as a Gazelle pilot, use the following format: Alpenwolf + Maverick - Gazelle OR Alpenwolf - Gazelle.

9- You can sign up as GCI as well.

Radio Frequencies Red:

Kobuleti: 133 MHz (tuned by default)

Looks like all the slots for the Huey are almost booked. If more are interested in flying the Huey, then I'll replace 2 SA342L's with 2 Huey's, which will leave us with 2 SA342L's. If even more players sign up for the Huey, then I might take the SA342L's completely out.

Two questions

1. If deployed ground troops destroy ground targets or aircraft of the other team... Are points awarded to the deployer??

2. Why are SRS freqs imposed?

1. Not the deployer himself, because that's irrelevant, but surely for his coalition. That's why deploying troops to capture and hold Senaki gains you vital points.

2. Players asked for it after round 1. Random frequencies set up by the players themselves turned out to be chaotic with almost every player ending up on his own freq.

.Impact;3615250']What are the settings for the GCI coverage?

Fog of War ? Everything ? EWR ?

EWR. That's why AWACS is out there to help GCI see more.
