I have installed electronic for basic axis . Lever is ready to install to pit, I have added FESTO dampers for end position set up and better behaviour in end positioning.

Installing electronic to throttle grip was challenge, but now is done and EZ42 wingspan adjusting is working like charm:thumbup:.

To throttle I have added two micro switches for position switch neutral-start.

That ends up being the most tedious part is wiring everything together. That box with the Leo's is a great idea tho. Mounting that under the seat or behind the dash?

Know and use all the capabilities in your airplane. If you don't, sooner or later, some guy who does use them all will kick your ass.

Hall on all axis, it is soldered to pcb what you can see on last pictures. Also you can see magnet with arrow on the end of shaft.

hansangb: thank you...

Drake you mind actually taking a pic in more detail and pm it to me with how you built this perhaps? Thanks.

Simply amazing work. Well done!

Can I ask what CNC you're using? I've recently bought a Optimal BF20LV and the conversion kit is on it's way. Can't wait to start building my own sim gear.

Thank you Krupi.

So all soldering and wiring is done, I have also prepared connections for parts what are not already mounted. I still don’t have the pedals, but rudder mechanism is mounted and working like charm. Some small adjustment in axis force is needed, but it is already flyable:pilotfly:.For start I am using older TV.

Still lot of work need to be done

… again after longer time.

I was testing and flying a lot, so now few things are clear for me. Damping of grip and pedals is too soft, in grip I must change springs and on pedals improve the connection to rotary dampers.

I was also not satisfied with RLM 76 paint so I have started repainting with MR.PAINT (I am using them on aircraft kits) using late war RLM 76. In my opinion it is looking much better.

Also some another input devices are ready to install. Magneto switch, Fug 25 switch (this is just dummy)…..
