I can tell you right now I doubt they can give you a Steam key...

i know, but at least, maybe they can do something about steam compatibility... If not, i will have to change my key for a Fw-190 D9 module gift in steam... or something else...

Yay! I finally can choose the best aircraft ever designed (hint: Spitfire) for my rewards! Now I regret only pledging $20. :(

Thanks Wags you are the best to keeping the backer rewards when you did not have to.

To be clear, I am just one of several producers for TFC/ED that report to our studio director. I just happen to be the most visible face here. The real credit goes to my colleagues in Moscow and Minsk.

I had trouble viewing the backer section intitially and had that resolved by emailing dcswwii@eagle.ru as stated in this thread. I emailed on July 13 and it was fixed the next day so I could select my rewards. It seems that after the backer page upgrade I no longer have access once again. I've emailed again about the issue. And thank you for taking on this mess.

Steam compatibility is out of their control.

For others with the same question.

Hi Llucmk,

Unfortunately, just like with purchases, from this point on all keys supplied here will not be accepted by the Steam system. This is because Valve has to take extra measures, manually, to accept them in their system, and this is not practical for them to do. For this reason, the keys alloted through the backer program will not be accepted by Steam.

Well, if you could forward our warmest thanks, that would be much appreciated.

Just went to the backers page and updated my planes section by selecting the FW-190D-9 and under Serial numbers is "Request serial number" is this correct? I did receive my P-51D and the correct serial number is listed.

Maybe I just should wait until the Dora is released before getting worried that I may have messed up my slections:unsure:

Yes, you should see request serial number, click it and you will have a serial for release.

Yet, somehow, using that as your avatar would likely fail to evoke the necessary fear in the heathens. :D

Is it possible to change your aircraft selection later on if you change your mind? I'm not talking about the already released/soon released modules like the Mustang or Dora. More like the Spitfire, Bf-109, etc.

You can change as long as you havent generated a key, such as the Dora and Mustang right now....
