BitMaster Posted June 3, 2019 Author Share Posted June 3, 2019 business users are pushing back on the rapid Win/Serv update cycle. for example, most companies are still running the 2017 or april 2018 update. last i heard msft is going to slow things down a tad and focus more on stability than features. which is a two edged sword, see the post above yours. You just dont know whats gonna cause more trouble, the patch or the older versions. Mustang Posted June 3, 2019 Share Posted June 3, 2019 It's been recommended that nvidia users with Win 10 1903 upgrade to the latest 430.xx drivers. Hamel Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 I had big initial problems after reboot. 1. DCS desktop icon and start menu gone. D/L DCS_World_OpenBeta_web.exe and reinstall fixed it. 2. Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi titanium fatal1ty not found. D/L new driver XFTI_PCDRV_L11_2_40_0018.exe and reinstall fixed it. 3. Oculus Rift CV1 client not found. Apparently VRR is not meant to show if you have Nvidia gpu and Gsync monitor, as its basically doing what G-sync in Nvidia settings already does. Thats the response I've seen on geforce forums, so I guess no VRR option for us. thewasteboy Posted July 24, 2019 Share Posted July 24, 2019 Hi All Here's one for you I have just completed Win10 update, but stupid me forgot that I had been using DCS in Offline mode before the update and now I cant get back in, I am receiving the message "Cannot exit offline mode due to hardware ID change.
