Hello guys ;)

WOW so many incredible repaints :clap_2:

I've added the "exhaust heat signature reducer" to the "Czech Dark", here two photos of the real Mi-8, One screenshot of my Mi-8 and the incredible repaint of Upuaut.

This repaint is very real, the real Mi-8 and the Upuaut Mi-8 are almost the same, great work !!!

How did you add that? (Not even started skinning/modding the MI-8 yet)

A line in the description.lua.

i7 7700K | 32GB RAM | GTX 1080Ti | Rift CV1 | TM Warthog | Win 10

"There will always be people with a false sense of entitlement.

You can want it, you can ask for it, but you don't automatically deserve it. "

It's already in there. A custom_arg line, just change the value.

Hello,

Oosp I'm very sorry for the delay of my answer, for add or remove the "exhaust heat signature reducer" it's very easy.

You must edit with Notepad++ the file named "description.LUA" of your repaint and you can found to the line #160

custom_args =

{

[457] = 1.0, -- EVU off

}

VERY IMPORTANT:

With 0.0 You add the "exhaust heat signature reducer"

With 1.0 you remove the "exhaust heat signature reducer"

If you can't found these lines or if your manipulation is no good please send me a message here...

Bye and good evening. Skull

Would you know how to remove the weapon pylons like NRG-Vampire did?

He's not too keen on sharing his find :cry::cry:

...probably you must know the arguments, as for the exhaust cooler

sorry guys - for pylon removing you must use arg number [215] and arg number [225]

After adding the args those holding rods are still there, pls can you write us all the arguments? Or is there any way for us to explore them by ourselves?

[215] and arg number [225]
Thanks for your two arguments, I've tested the new arguments:
[1] to
[240] but for the moment whitout the same result that you...

With a lot of patience I hope found the arguments of the other 3D elements:

Cabin armour plating

Gearbox armour plating

Cargo doors

Dust protectors

Hoist

Total Hardpoints

Linkage rods

For me it's like the Huey, it's necessary to have one "Military Version" and one "Slick Version" for the civilian Mi-8...

Thanks, Skull.

EDIT:

WOW Upuaut, again a great repaints. I'm so excited ^^
