I think its a fair price considering how much time and money went into developing this very complex aircraft. I mean I've been waiting for this plane to come out ever since the early cockpit photo's ED released back in 2013.

Very much looking forward to learning this one. Spring is ends in November down here so it seems like a strange unit to measure time by, but I know what you mean. Keep up the good work ED, the videos look great and I am excited for an Autumn, or earlier, release.

When combined with carrier ops (however much that one will cost) and Strait of Hormuz (however much that one will cost), it's really starting to add up. Gonna hold off 'til there's a bundle deal or something.

I understand what you are saying. But when it is released it won't be complete and some things could go sideways after release could they not? Guess I was just hoping to have it sooner

And it could be sooner. As I said, end of Spring is just latest possible time.

Some of you are missing the "by" in by end of Spring 2018.

Well let's hope it comes before spring break.. So us student types will have some time to actually do something with it.

Or we can just wait until it is ready, and DCS can put out the best product for EA they can. I can only imagine the wailing and BS if they rush the release and there are bugs. Let them take their time and release it right.

I'm so excited!!! This is going to be almost as cool as an F-16!

Had to do it. Someone in another thread said something to the effect the F-18 was like an F16 but better.

The module will not even be feature complete at EA, so who cares about some bugs, that's what the EA is for, testing and hunting bugs. I hope everybody who buyed the F-18 in EA(i did) is aware of that fact.
