raz has a pretty full dance card, so even if they are doing it, its gonna be a while till current WIPs are out of the way . in other words, dont hold your breath

I can neither confirm nor deny what it is, some say it's a mig, other's say it's a ......

Let's call it a UFO:)

Also no one working on existing projects has touched this one. It's not taken resources away from any other priority projects.

Due to the global pandemic, like many others my calendar became very clear, so I decided to use my lockdown stint and help by doing what I love :)

No offense but Razbam has announced or teased, in rough order:

some Mirage 3/5 variant, F-15E, Mig-23, Mig-19S, Sea Harrier FRS1, Mirage 2000-5, OV-10, EE Lightning, A-29, Bo-105, AV/8B+. That's at total of 11 projects "in the pipeline" in some form.

Let's assume that each project takes 2 years from start to finish. That's 22 years of work. Assume that you have two entirely independent teams as Razbam claims, AND that after release you have to do zero maintenance on older modules, and you're still looking 11 years into the future essentially. That's so far down the line that whatever is being worked on now looks nothing like what will be available then.

Well regardless of any other concerns having more static objects to liven up the DCS airfields would be a welcome addition. The 3d artwork is pretty impressive for just a small taste of the Lightning!

Hope it's gonna be a version that has the Microcell pack... which would be F.1, F.1A or F.53 if I'm not mistaken.

Now we just need a decent GCI simulation in DCS. IRL it's more than just a bunch of BRA calls. TBH I was wishing for HB to bring this bird until I saw this pic, simply because they like to add all the things it takes around the plane as well. But I'm totally glad some team is working on it anyway fsgrin.png

=Decoy= , I wish you & the rest of Raz the best, but a module in the store is better than 11 "in the pipeline", especially when you're working on so many anticipated projects.

That being said, it would be nice to have a Kuwaiti livery, like this one outside of Ali al Salem Airbase

Yes!

Hope it's going to be one of the ones with ground attack capability like the F53 or T55

Yeah, GCI in DCS is a bad joke, which is why everyone wants that SA page, so they can make some marginally intelligent decisions besides, charge on bearing 134 or whatever. But honestly I don't see it happening, its gonna be hard to do aside from human GCI, which is good. But AI GCI... LOL... Raz ain't gonna do it. And I doubt ED will either.

I'd favour an F.6

Mainly because I have pilots notes, manuals etc for the F.6

Give over, its a F.53 we want with ground attack ;)

I have the pilot's notes and the operating data and handling manual for the F.53 … T.55 P1A P1B F.1 F.1A F.2 F.3 F.6 T.Mk.4 T.Mk.5 :D

Plus a few others.

A bit of a ugly duckling and somewhat limited. But it flies, so will end up a likely purchase at some stage. Seems even a novice can get airborne, landing might be a bit more tricky. :)
