Same place than the Take off from Ramp, Take off from Runway, Take off from Ramp cold, Turning Point, ... No mod required. The option where it says "take off from ground" is simply not there for airplanes. I had the mod and I deleted it yesterday by mistake instead of another mod. I have noticed on oss occassions that DCS is not loading some JSGME elements at times do a reactivation and see what happens.
