Spacebar to move tutorial along does not work?

Hi all,

I dare say this is an old error but i cant seem to solve it.

In tutorials (FA18/F14 etc) the command to start the tutorial is 'press space bar' - however, this does nothing at all for me.

Install is new and clean and to double check i tried a repair - no joy and the a full uninstall (delete of all files etc), still no joy.

I dare say there is some kind of simple/obvious fix out there - but what is it?
