Strange... but it looks like in RL it's an option and it should be an option in DCS to! It seems wrong to make the cable cutter dependent only on the external gun mounts! So no Cable Cutter There are many civilian helos with cable cutters, it's not something specific to the military. Anyone can buy those for their helos. But yeah...like most things we've ever asked for the huey, no matter how small or quickly doable, it's never gonna happen...
