This is part 1 and only covers what i consider to be A10c OPFOR threats, i.e non Nato stuff. I'll do part 2 later.

Enjoy.

EDIT: One thing I forget to say.. it's a ground threat guide only.

And error on BUK system fixed

Are you sure the SA-11 9S470 CP give you a RWR indication? I did not know it had a radar. I tried it in a quick mission and it's not giving me any RWR spikes. Maybe you meant the 9A310M1?

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

I think so; from the Flight Manual;

11 – SA-11/17 tracking radar
Page 409.

But i stand to be corrected. Any errors, post up and i'll edit.

EDIT: It might be the launcher itself that has a radar....???

Aye - the surveillance vehicle has the 'Snow Drift' radar while the TELAR's each have their own 'Fire Dome' radar. The Command vehicle does not have a radar system.

Sorry to bother you, but that seemed a little too fast. The RWR symbol 11 should be with the third vehicle on that page, i.e. 9A310M1 "Buk" (SA-11), and the SD symbol was actually already correctly assigned to the snowdrift radar Buk TAR 9S18M1 Kupol.

So:

SA-11 9S470 CP >>>>>>>>>> nothing

Buk TAR 9S18M1 Kupol >>>>>> SD

9A310M1 "Buk" (SA-11) >>>>> 11

It's been pointed out to me that the SA-3 is missing.

This is not listed in the in game encyclopaedia and therefore I had no info on it. When i make Part 2 and a Target Guide as planned i'll see if i can add it by finding the relevant data, unless ED fancy adding it or providing the info :)
