I have been helping VEAO with testing as the HAWK gets its update, it has been nice seeing the new and fixed features come together, and I am encouraged by the commitment the VEAO team have been putting in. It is obvious to me having a insider view that VEAO are still very passionate about the HAWK. I hope their hard work pays off in the end.
Now we are just left waiting to get a piece of those fixes and features

Just sayin'

Working on them.
I've already said that the AHRS system code is extremely complicated as it controls multiple avionics systems.
We have to decifer the code properly to fix the topple bug or it could end up screwing multiple systems, not an easy task.

When I'm back from Belgium this week the cockpit texture merge should be complete and should be in the next patch whenever that is (not this week).

Cheers,
Chris.

The new textures will already give much needed life to the cockpit. I hope to see them soon in the game.

I'd like to buy this aircraft, what do you think, guys?
Is it worth ? There are so many bugs.
Thank you

At this very moment I would wait unless you specifically want to fly the aircraft. I do not doubt it being fixed, but the timeline for the Hawk is not exactly short. You'll apreciate the aircraft more when it is in a better shape in my opinion.

I do enjoy the flight model, but the damage model, or lack there of pretty much keeps the aircraft away from multiplayer combat.

Others may disagree.

Don't bother.

VEAO said recently that P-40 has priority for now and they 'plan' to divert more resource into fixing the Hawk in 2018. Note, that many of their previous plans did not come to fruition.

Bugs for bucks
Nice EFM, WIP systems. No visible progress for the last time.

If you want to fly a T.1A in DCS, it's your only option.

The module is very much in a alpha/beta state.

Buying should be with a 'kick starter'/Early Access mindset - to show support for the development of a module you want to succeed but in full knowledge there's chance it won't.

I had about 3 months fun out of the module before moving on. I enjoy having the facility to occasionally jump in and see how the flight model, etc is progressing (or not), when a big update is released.

I don't regret my purchase but also don't necessarily consider it good value.

What do you expect/want to do with it?
It is still work in progress.
That said, the EFM is still one of the most intriguing and responsive I have seen for DCS.

The "Hawk Mach Loop"-Challenge was tremendous fun, and for Aerobatics, learning how to fly is fun and the Hawk is a forgiving plane handling-wise.

On the WIP you still have some bugs and radios are still in the works.
If it is finished you should have a good Trainer aircraft and learning platform for weapons employment as AIM-9 Sidewinders, Guns, Bombs and Rockets are available for loadout in the final module.

But you need have some patience, as this will still take time.
