Default Is asking for a refund a fair request?

Hi All,

I would like to ask some advice. Do you think it would be fair for me to ask for a refund for my Hawk module? I believe i was misled when i made the original purchase back in 2015.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Also on the VEAO return policy page it says...

"Any products purchased through TFC/ED/Steam store must be addressed to them, even if it is a VEAO product."

So applying for a refund on the VEAO page wont help as they are making ED responsible for the purchase (if purchased through ED which i did)

ED generally doesn't provide refunds on activated products, I know with the Hawk its a little more frustrating as improvements have been slower than people like. At this point I dont think a refund is on the table, best bet is to focus on giving VEAO feedback on what is wrong if its not already reported, and hope they can get things clean up soon.

Going to lock this as I answered the refund bit, but by all means PM me if you think I can help you anymore. Sorry if that's not what you were hoping for.
