Thx for all your kind comments guys.

Linear micro servos from China have arrived so I have finished my oxygen flow indicator. Bottom instrument panel is complete :drink:

With 3d printer in my workshop things are more easy so I have started work on ammo counters, simply belt mechanism should made the job :). Prototype on the picture below...

Thx for all you kind comments guys...

Altimeter is finished and on final place, it was really challenging construction with 3 steppers... Debugging was really time consuming and also some improving of the design was needed :)

An here it is in action:

So Artificial Horizon is complete all function tested. I just need to make final test of all function together and with upper instrument panel. It is not 100% copy of original, It was necessary to simplified little bit design due the different functionality requirements. In general I am satisfied...:)

I will post a video of final test later on...

Both most complicated gauges Artificial horizon and compass completed, also AFN2 indicator. I need to finish ammo counters . Those crazy ammo counter are making me mad this will be 3rd concept test, just waiting new stronger steppers from China. Some aesthetic features on upper panel are still missing but I am close to finish :pilotfly:

I have painted projection screen with black widow mix and installed all projectors... Tape is only added for calibration/warping purpose....This will be warping weekend :megalol:

So finaly video of upper panel

Any advice for 270 FOV setup of DCS is welcome ...

Ammo counters off a 109 are the same.Found these online.

Thanks spitty. My main problem with this mechanism was, I want to use vid 29, but due the force requirements it was not strong enough. I have build two prototypes one with belt mechanism second with gear mechanism but reliability was poor.

Now I give up with vid 29 and ordered stronger steppers from China. You can see how I want to use them...

Marcq thanks for your kind words...

Great work :)

Looking good.I started designing a pit off the plans from CheckSix but found it a bit basic so started my own that was closer to original build.I prefer aluminium than wood as Im a sheetie by trade so Im more comfortable using it for construction.
