At least the overall technique. Getting to the places you use those things will be different. RShackleford Posted March 8, 2018 Share Posted March 8, 2018 Most of the basic techniques you've learned will be transferable but it will be different button presses for almost everything. Hoping for a real smart weapons page (idk if real F/A-18C has it but I would assume so) where you can set angle/velocity for impact conditions on JDAMs but that won't be hard to learn, just another thing to add to the crosscheck. Basic bomb drops will be easily transferable, doing offensive counter-air, self-escorted missions, or SEAD type mission will be the things to learn for A-10C guys going into F-18.
