I just updated DCS 2.5 Open Beta today. I tried Nevada Free Flight mission. PA => OK ALT => OK ALT AFF => OK Turn with PA green => OK Turn with PA + ALT green => OK From your screenshot I would suggest to check HOTAS key assignment, it looks like AP SBY button is depressed.
