xavnl
Hi, Question is in the title. Is this campaign a good start for a beginner or do you advise more single player training, possibly MP training sessions??? I can manage kills with the instant action missions but it's kinda brute force... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Sabre-TLA
You should have some experience in air to air combat before trying this campaign. We do include single player practice missions so you can perfect your tactics, techniques and procedures before trying the campaign missions. You access them using the Mission Editor. There are lots of good online documentation about BFM and also youtube videos of others playing the campaign missions so you can get a sense of what the missions are like. Just search for F-5E BFM and you will find all the references. When you feel confident then you can try the campaign missions. Mango
Is it better to start with this BFM campaign or the ACM campaign? EDIT: Guess this is a good answer: Edited October 13, 2018 by Mango
Sydy
Is it better to start with this BFM campaign or the ACM campaign? EDIT: Guess this is a good answer: Hi, I flew the entire BFM campaign and then the ACM campaign. It’s a better letter curve IMHO. Good luck, Sydy
Mango
Wow, that was a lot harder than I thought! Stuck on the third mission; all my experience in WWII fighters does me no good at all. :) This feels like the first time all over again. Guess I'd better check out the Hints and Tips thread.
