Was wondering wether there's any chance you lovely guys at Belsimtek would do the F-86 F-40?

Well i would like to see an F-86E model guns only version, since that was mostly used throughout the Korean War compared to the F model.I also want the naval version of the Sabre, the FJ Fury and the Mighty Mouse equipped F-86H/K Sabre Dog interceptor.

Considering we have the MiG-15bis though I would really like to see the block F-40, esp. as it would probably be an even more interesting match up for the MiG than the current block F-35.

I will love a slatted Sabre too. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I am content with the current 6-3 non slatted wing. I see the Sabres high speed performance as key to its fighter role.
Having other versions/blocks of the same fighter would be cool but ultimately, I would have rather have all Belsimtek's resources on finishing its current F-86F.

For Korean War purposes (my principal interest in flying the F-86), I would want the F-86A, F-86E, and F-86F-35. As the F-86F-35 was the latest and best variant to be flown in that war, it makes sense that this would be the one selected for release. Of course, I wouldn't mind getting an F-86F-40, too. But, I am going to guess that the cost in development versus sales makes creating closely related yet substantially different variants a bad bet for any DCS developer. I would buy nearly every major F-86 and MiG-21 variant, but how many others would pick one or two of their favorites or even none at all?
