nomdeplume Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 Definitely go for x64. There's very little that doesn't work on x64, and 64-bit is the future. Most importantly at the moment, you can actually make use of more than 3.2 gigs of memory, and systems with at least 4 gigs are pretty common these days. The only problems you're likely to have is if you're reliant on old hardware that nobody supports anymore - you may have trouble finding drivers. But, it does give you a good excuse to upgrade that hardware, so... maybe it's not such a bad thing. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
