I would use 7, but since my license is OEM and I intend to replace this computer almost in it's entirety (only keeping DVD reader and chassis) I've held up on the upgrade in anticipation of the new computer. So I guess my "fact" is not the same as my "intention/wish" in this case. EDIT: Doesn't belong in this thread, but let me know if you are interested in debating that in a separate thread down in Hardware or something.

Some niggly problems with UAC and administrator rights (not just W7) but once they're set, you're good as gold. I'd go so far as to say that W7 > XP now for gaming. Well in today's day and age seeing as XP is no longer supported. But if you compare the two in their prime, I personally think W7 is easier to game with. |
