solus Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 Hello, Decided to beat the dust of Ka-50 and found out that the Helmet Mode has changed. Instead the yellow snail they made black-white monocle, which is unusable if the brightness is not tuned down (keys can be assigned in the menu). Still can't understand how to lock the targets with it. Previously Helmet mode turned the Shkval into direction you looked it upon pressing the lock button. It doesn't work this way now. ams999 Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 Sounds like you had the NVG installed instead of the HMD. That is nothing new, you can request a change by contacting the ground crew. At which time did the mission start? I think you get the HMD between 0600-2100, at night time you get the NVG. Or do you mean something else?
