im just confused how........

 

As I mentioned previously, if reports are not acknowledged or added to the list then you can assume that the matter has already been dealt with in latest version and will in all probability be included in next patch/update.

Does anyone have issues with clouds when mirrors are used? I have tried single screen with mirrors on and off and triple screen with mirrors on and off and I can replicate the issue every time if I turn mirrors on.

 

Issue I have is, with mirrors turned on and single screen the clouds textures are rotating as I turn my head/viewpoint... with mirrors off clouds are fine

 

With triple screen again with mirrors on clouds are buggy again and this time even worse... the cloud texture don't only rotate but they also somehow rotate and disappear (looks like vertical blinds on windows being opened)... and again with mirrors off the clouds are fine.

 

If need be I can make short video, but if issue is known I will skip this step.

 

PS: I didn't have this issue in any release before FC3 BETA and 1.2.2

 

Standard weather? Specific airframe or all of them?

 

I tried now with standard and a Mig29 and all was well - could not replicate. It is a later version so it might have been sorted in the interim.

 

Can anybody else verify/anybody else seeing the behavior?

 

If not too much issue, a short vid might be in order, Kuky, just to make 100% sure the issue does not fall through the cracks.

 

Here's a video of my issue... I've recorded in triple screen setup (where bug is most extreme) and you can see cloud textures rotating and disappearing altogether

A little list from 59th, I hope none of it ppresents already, the ones I've found a match, I sorted out.

 

- MiG-29 flaps are not extending as much as they should (only about 15-20deg. instead of 25deg.) and the two flaps are extended in different angles. (was present in FC2 too)

- MiG-29 flaps are "blown in" by wind in very low (4-500kph im not sure) airspeeds, it only should around 6-800 if not retracted manually. (AFAIK You can also deploy it at 900IAS, only nothing will happen - manual restricts it to M0.95)

- In Loadout screen ingame, when setting Flare/chaff amount, if I set 100% flare 0% chaff, still get the 50% amount of the available stores. (ie: same seeting with MiG-29 sets 30flares 0 chaff)

- Russian planes have some indicator lights english (beta i guess)

- Russian planes still have english voice-warning sys. (beta i guess)

- Some instruments are not centered on proper position, like both slip indicators, and HSI also points 1-2 degree near the proper.

- CBU and other cluster munitions cause massive FPS drops (MLRS too)

- in MultiPlayer, you can hear only your own chute sound (which is cool btw) but not the clients ones.

- Exhaust nozzle expand of clients (default only in F15 yet) is not visible (except in AB)

- Out of the detailed map, terrain texture is torn apart.

- More complaint about engine exterior sounds (I agree too, this high freq. sound is only heard at low rpm, above around 85 engine sounds have much more bass.

 

 

More like a wish.list:

- MiG-29 landing lights are only in main gear, no nose-gear lights are present. No source, no light.

- Complaints about condensation appearing right from the nozzle, not a few meters behind.

- Gear can be extended at any time, manual restricts it to below 700kph

 

EDIT:

About Fulcrum fuel gauge indicator, the variants NOT capable of having Both Centerline AND Wing Tanks (not in game), can not measure the centerline tank, thats for sure. For variants capable of Wing Tanks, I'd look after if they can calculate both wing AND centerline tanks! Its possible that only wing tanks can be measured.

Here are some more,

 

In Su-27 I get F-15 AoA warning at the angels when F-15 get the AoA warning and the tone is same as F-15's then when I go beyond that AoA I get another AoA tone and that is of real Su-27 tone.

 

The flight dynamis of Su-27 seems so much choppy, in F2 view while turning I can see the truning in steps rather then smooth turn.

 

Su-27 loses lot of energy lot faster below 450kmph it seems like it I'm applying brakes on it, not able to perform complete loop properly even with afterburners on. I was in dog fight with F-15 yesterday and found that there is lot of over travel jet keeps on turning even while my stick is in center, it will stop turning only when I push my stick all the way forward.

Hello,

 

Here are a few things I have noticed so far. Please take into consideration:

 

- In the random mission creator, when I create a mission and choose to fly with 3 wingmen and choose the amount of enemy fighter jets to be at a maximum, I hardly ever get a mission with actual threats in it. Out of 15 clicks on "generate" I will get maybe 1 or two missions that actually have bogies in it. All other times I am flying around with no threats. This happens when I choose only enemy and allied fighter jets to be set at maximum with a "No" on everything else.

 

- When I am flying a mission with 3 wingmen, I can only issue commands to 2 of the 3 wingmen (i.e. Flights 2, and 3 are present but not Flight 4) However If I issue a global command, all 3 wingmen accept it. But for individual commands only wingmen 2 and 3 are present in the command list.

 

- Once again, when flying with 3 wingmen, formation seems to be somewhat scattered. I can issue a command for close formation but all flights are about a km apart. They will take formation commands to fly abreast or trail but will always be 1 km apart from each other even when telling them to do close formation.

Well, who knows...

 

People have been speculating that there´ll be a DCS F-15C because there´s a 3D-pit with animate-able switches in FC3. Maybe the absence of a (simple) damage model indicates that there is going to be a damage model more like the A-10´s or similar... :music_whistling: and it´s just not done yet.

 

Bugs I encountered:

 

- Tanks fire through each other when engaging the enemy.

- Water not visible in the rear view mirror of FC3 jets.

Regarding:

 

28 - F15 black cockpit pixelation when facing northerly direction (afternoon)

 

Follows is a video of the issue. It does not seem to be due to the angle of the sun nor to my heading, but rather my proximity to the 3 planes I am intercepting. Once they are within about 2-3 miles I get the problem. For comparison, I tried this same mission but used the A-10 in place of the F-15 with no problem.

Regarding:

 

44 - G940 HOTAS FFB issues/not functioning correctly

 

I can confirm that I also have this issue with all planes, not just those from FC3. ***************** I wrote that it is fixable through the control options GUI. I was wrong. Trim is normal but FFB is 90 degrees off.

This documentation should give you the correct fuel management for the SU-27 :thumbup:

 

Just use the google tranlator to set it in rough english.

+1 bug:

 

- The aircrafts doesn't have vapor effect.

 

Feature request maybe? Was it present in FC2? If so, FC2 and FC3 screenshot comparing if possible please.
