Donut
Does our version of the F-16 have the blackout switch on the throttle? I don't seem a binding for it anywhere in the controls menu. i5 7600K @4.8GHz | 1080 Ti | 32GB 3200MHz | SSD | DCS SETTINGS | "COCKPIT"

Tomcat84
The blackout switch on the throttle (for those jets that have it) is not used to adjust exterior lighting but to turn off/on lights in the cockpit that are not compatible with NVGs. At least in the variants that I’m familiar with.

No matter though since it isn't present in our F-16 i5 7600K @4.8GHz | 1080 Ti | 32GB 3200MHz | SSD | DCS SETTINGS | "COCKPIT"
