Customized cockpit?

When I disable this in OVGME, I lose my external fuel tank textures. When I enable it again the textures are fine. Does anyone else get the same?

I was able to make some progress on passing IC, but can't get it to work completely. This is what I get before:

and this is after:

I'm using the following description.lua in DCS\Mods\aircraft\F14\Liveries\F14B_Cockpit\default:

livery =
{
{"HB_F14_CPT_FRONT_05", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_FRONT_05",false};
{"HB_F14_CPT_FRONT_04", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_FRONT_04",false};
{"HB_F14_CPT_RIO_L_BREAKERS_08", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_RIO_L_BREAKERS_08",false};
{"HB_F14_CPT_F110_PANEL", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_F110_PANEL",false};
{"HB_F14_RIO_rPanels", 0 ,"HB_F14_RIO_rPanels",false};
{"HB_F14_CPT_RIO_L_BREAKERS_05", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_RIO_L_BREAKERS_05",false};
{"HB_F14_CPT_RHORIZ_02", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_RHORIZ_02",false};
{"HB_F14_CPT_FRONT_06", 0 ,"HB_F14_CPT_FRONT_06",false};
{"mirrors", 0 ,"mirrors",true};
}

So it seems to work for some of the files, but not all of them. Not sure why since I'm following the same format. Fiddling with the order doesn't seem to make a difference.

Sorry, I am having some difficulties. I installed the labels with success, but when trying to add the reduced textures it gives me an error (using OVGME) saying that the files from the label textures would be overwritten? Both the reduced cockpit textures and the labels go in the game folder, not the saved game folder, correct? Or are the labels part of the reduced cockpit texture file?

What am I doing wrong?

Also, the custom cockpit setting in the special tab under DCS settings only shows me the "default" cockpit... shouldnt that show me an option or
