Hi

please follow my troubleshooting advice below.

Ensure you have no unofficial mods running, if you still get the crash attach a new log

thank you

Thanks did you also rename your dcs folder in saved games ( keep it as a backup for now )

restarting dcs will generate a new one, so we can rule out settings, configs, or mod issues.

maybe a fresh gpu driver will help? might be worth a try

Been through the same issues, done the BigNewy cleanup, went back to stable versions of Nvidia drivers, updated again with uninstall and clean install. Still no fix. Like you I am stumped. Now looking at Nvidia control panel which has not loaded and I cannot get it up no matter what. This could be an issue.

if the nvidia control panel does not open there is definitely an nvidia issue going on.

i had this issue and could never fix. i replaced the card and when the drivers were installing i saw references to an incompatible / old DLL being replaced. the new card fixed everything. i gave the old card away and a fresh install had it working without issue. another thing i did is i left off the Geforce experience.

This guy did resolve this issue, which seems to be the same as yours. Unfortunately, he didn't tell us how he did it. Maybe try sending him a PM.

EDIT:

Someone solved the same issue by removing the overclocking of his graphics card.

I'm getting similar issues..

The odd game crash here & there ok I get it but after I d'loaded the latest Nvidia update my game has been more than usual crashing but not to desktop, just complete freezing. Won't let me Ctrl Alt Del only sign out of Win. And game also locking up when is mid way through loading. Again have to sign out of Win. This has happened about 5 or 6 times in the last few of days & usually I get a good run but never this frequent. I'll try & roll back Nvidia drivers Vers 451.67 & hope that works.

This is the previous Nvidia vers for my GPU specs.. if anyone wants to try this one, be my guest & choose "Clean Install" https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/161303/
