Cockpit Camera Origin Setting Removed?

Having not used the WW2 aircraft for a while. I have come back and noticed that the Fw190 Dora and the Anton do not have the ability to sit in the cruise seating position anymore.

Was this removed on purpose? This option is still available for the BF109K4 in the special settings.
I had previously been able to use this for the Dora

I don‘t think this was ever possible in the FW-190.

Ditto. I only own Dora, but I'm sure it never had such an option available.
