Email came for me at noon Pacific Time. Chizh is on vacation still, he normally does the forum post for the newsletter, it is there now.

Regarding the Hornet, it's important to note that we are now focusing on some of the more difficult and time-intensive tasks like making several fundamental changes to the air-to-air radar simulation (will have benefits with other modules), the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS), and other systems we've touched on recently. As such, the number of new items for the Hornet will be less than before, but the same amount of attention and manpower is being devoted.

It was already so few to me… See you in 2 or 3 years for a complete Hornet.

They were releasing new features just about every other week. That is not a "few." It won't take 2-3 years to finish the Hornet either. I do believe that we will see, maybe, a new feature each month.

I am a little confused by something in today's (28 Sept.) newsletter. It states "we conducted calculations for the wings and stabilators in XFLR5 software...with a non-viscous flow model." I have no experience whatsoever with the XFLR5 software, but a very brief search revealed that it is designed for working with low Reynolds numbers (although, as in all too many cases, it does not provide a rigorous definition of what it means by a "low" Reynolds number...). Does this not invalidate the non-viscous flow assumption?
