Wait i didn't quite understand this new GPS module, will i have to pay more to have it on other aircrafts ? Or is this module going to be for multiple aircrafts, if yes, wich ones ?

Edit : Ok first part of the question answered, just didn't quite understand the description of the module, it's a yes.

for 14.99€ i would assume, that it will work with every aircraft that will eventually get support for it.

14.99 per aircraft would be a bit steep...

interesting addition nevertheless. more buttons to push are always appreciated:smartass:

A quick initial impression of 2.1.1 update, is that performance is better.

As with the 1.5.7.9 OB update, it streams better from the harddrive now - loading terrain/objects etc. It doesnt stutter so much, and the loading doesnt give those big hits, that I used to have in both 1.57 and 2.11.

Fps wise, hard to tell, since I fly VR, and dont always get a detailed number, but flying low over Vegas, banking hard, and looking at my 10 o'clock, used to push me well below 45 fps and stutter badly. That doesnt happen now. I get an initial dip to 43-44fps for a second maybe, and then its back, steady and smooth on 45fps.

This is just instant action free flight in the F-5, but I always use that one, so i know how it feels between builds.

All of this is ofcourse subjective. How it runs and have run on my system.

Quick Normandy flight in the FW190, in a fps mission I have - just free flight, and several planes I can choose from. The above applies here too. It performs better, but still hits harder when doing the hard banking over towns - got as low as 36fps, and it the climbs to around 40'ish, sits there for a short while, and then 45fps. Better than before (would often plunch to 30fps and sit there for ever), but still choppy compared to Vegas/NTTR. But a step in the right direction surely. Just feels like Normandy moves larger chunks of memory/data.

Edit: And 2.1.1 now has a auto login feature

No, read again ;)

It says there will be various expansions for the Mi-8. I also wonder what they are supposed to be?

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
