macedk
1. can I use ME map directly meaning cords if I'm using lat long dec ? 2. f10 map can or not be used ? 3. tgp guy relaying cords works or not ? Frustrated as F ;) I can live with using a external conversion tool but missing data, and wags videos has the data but do not tell how he fraggin got it ;) And that f10 map and ME map are not the same ? (I know we might miss the elevation. on f10 map.) argh Perfect world as it stand right now, use tgp guys to spot for the hornets (gives the tgp guys one job more when winchester) As it stands now the A-10 is the groundpounder but is slow, and we could just null out the f-18 but so sorry came from a platform where I had a fast jet doing both and just taking off with a miced load is just cooler that just A-G only ..no offence meant. Scenario 1. start on a boat ...cool 2. your are loaded for A-G and A-A 3. Fuel ..we have to tank in air 4. Deliver ground and air 5. Long mission maybe tank on the way back to the boat and land on a boat. What I'm missing is the data to gps the frag out a target ;) OS: Win10 home 64bit*MB: Asus Strix Z270F/ CPU: Intel I7 7700k /Ram:32gb_ddr4 GFX: Nvidia Asus 1080 8Gb Mon: Asus vg2448qe 24" Disk: SSD Stick: TM Warthog #1400/Saitek pro pedals/TIR5/TM MFDs [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Tholozor
You can change the coordinate format on the F10 map with LAlt + Y (move the mouse to refresh the coordinates). Or if you have pre-planned strike targets, write the coordinates down ahead of time or put them in the briefing. Swift.
The formats the hornet can accept atm are [DD MM SS.ss] and [DD MM.mmmm]. You can cycle through these formats in the f10 map by pressing Lalt+Y and moving the mouse. I recommend using [DD MM SS.ss] until you are more familiar with the whole coordinate navigation thing. [DD MM SS.ss] are inputted in the JDAM display under PP1, PP2, etc as per wags' videos. 476th Discord | 476th Website | Swift Youtube Ryzen 5800x, RTX 4070ti, 64GB, Quest
