aldemauro Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 Just bought Hornet and I see it needs openbeta 2.5 I have been using the non beta version of DCS and everything works fine When I opt in to openbeta 2.5 so I can play Hornet the program will not open I get 2 small screens with some exception erros and the whole thing goes back to the Steam DCS page Spent 79.99 on Hornet and need to know if I have to refund it...Any help would be appreciated..Thx! Ramsay Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 • Disable/uninstall any mods (including Tacview if installed) • Verify the local files using Steam. • Move/rename the "Saved Games\DCS" folder • Run DCS, if it still crashes - post your DCS crash log, so we can perhaps work out what the problem is. Note: I'm using Steam 2.5.2 Open Beta without issue but don't own the Hornet i9 9900K @4.7GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 10 Pro x64, 1920X1080 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
